6.iv. Joevichar Technologies LLC and affiliates are primary sponsors of the Platform, supporting technological advancements and AI-driven innovations.

6.v. Users engaging in ad fraud, click farming, or manipulative advertising will face strict penalties, including permanent account bans.

6.vi. Businesses and organizations may collaborate with Kito Circle through affiliate programs, but partnerships must align with the Platform’s ethical guidelines.

6.vii. Misrepresentation of sponsorships or unauthorized business activities within Kito Circle will be flagged for legal review.

7. Account Termination & Legal Actions

7.i. Users violating the Terms may lose access to their accounts permanently.

7.ii. Kito Circle reserves the right to pursue legal action against fraudulent or criminal activity.

7.iii. Banned users are prohibited from re-registering under different accounts or aliases.
